COST OF CONFERENCE

  • The cost of the entire conference will be $1550 RMB per delegate.
  • The cost of the entire conference will be $950 RMB per chair.
  • The cost of the entire conference will be free for advisors (*$950 RMB for extra advisor after two advisors form each school).
The cost will include:
I. Transportation to and from designated pickup locations.
II. Accommodation at 4 Star Hotel (Easco) in Guangzhou. (2 nights)
III. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.
IV. Necessary stationary including, pens, notebooks and print materials.
V. Nametags, t-shirts, waterbottles, certificates and various other materials.

PAYMENT

  • After being accepted into the conference and having filled out School Application Form I, a final cost letter will be emailed to the advisor along with the School Application Form II. Transportation Forms can be accessed at 'Transportation & Accommodation' page.

  • Payments deadlines are due: December 10th, 2025 . Late payments will be not accepted.
  • When depositing/wire-transferring, please note your school name and the purpose of the transaction (Fees U2NESCO (School Name)) under the Account For/Transaction Purpose section.​

 SCHOOL APPLICATION FORM 1


  • School application forms can also be found at the at the "Downloads" page in two different formats. 
  • Application forms should be printed, filled out, scanned or filled in digitally with digital signatures and emailed back to the designated email address ([email protected]).
  • School Application Form I deadlines are due: November 15th, 2024 Late applications will be disregarded.

SCHOOL APPLICATION FORM 2

  • After School Application Form I has been completed and emailed back to the designated email address ([email protected]), School Application Form II will be emailed directly to the advisors.
  • The School Application Form II will include countries and committees delegated to the schools specifically.
  • Form II will have to be submitted with the specific number of delegates each school will be bringing.
  • The school is expected to submit a returning email of School Application Form II with all the necessary fields filled out.
  •  School Application Form II deadlines are due: December 10th, 2024. Late applications will be disregarded. 
  • Changes to the number of delegations each school brings will be disregarded after the payment deadline. No refunds will be made, under any circumstance. 

CHAIR APPLICATION

  • Chair application forms can be found at the also be found at the "Downloads" page in two different formats.
  • Application forms should be filled out digitally with digital signatures and emailed back to the designated email address ([email protected]).
  • Chair Application Form deadlines are due: November 15th, 2024. Late applications will be disregarded. Decision for an interview will be sent to applicant's email on or before November 15th, 2024.
  • Upon acceptance, the board will review chair candidates and communicate directly with the candidate to schedule interviews (if needed).
