TRANSPORTATION DETAILS

  • The optimal arrival time for schools at Shilong Train Station will be:(To Be Previously Arranged)
  • Transportation will be provided if schools arrive during the 30 minute window.

  • Other transportation locations can be arranged. If you would like to be picked up at a different location, please contact us ([email protected]) before submitting your Transportation Application Form. We can't guarantee we will be able to accommodate all requests but we will do the best we can.

TRANSPORTATION APPLICATION FORM

  • After being accepted into the conference and having filled School Application Form I, School Application Form II, and payments being made, the advisor will receive a Transportation Application Form to be submitted for transportation arrangements.
  • Transportation Application Forms Deadlines are to be communicated via email with advisors after submission of Form II.
​​ACCOMMODATION
  • Delegates and staff will be accommodated at the Easco Hotel Guangzhou. The Easco Hotel Guangzhou is a hotel with assorted western rooms available with full free WiFi coverage in the lobby and in rooms. More information about this hotel can be found at their website

  • Lunch, dinner, and snacks will be provided by the UISZ Canteen at Utahloy International School Zengcheng. The restaurant provides a healthy balance of nutritious western, eastern and even vegetarian diets. Special dietary arrangements can be made, upon request.
